The acceptance box accompanying the "Book your visit" form refers to this Privacy Policy; the request cannot be sent without ticking it.
We do not request or process special categories of data (health, ideology, religion or others) or data of minors under 14. Please do not include this type of information in your communications. On a technical level, browsing data derived from the use of the strictly necessary cookies detailed in the Cookie Policy is recorded.
Purpose of processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To handle, manage and respond to commercial enquiries and requests for information you send us.
- To manage requests for visits to property developments.
- To maintain the pre-contractual or contractual relationship arising from your request.
- To send you commercial communications about developments, services or news related to our activity, provided that you have given your consent by ticking the corresponding box. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

We do not create profiles or adopt automated decisions with legal effects concerning you.
Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds:
- Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): by submitting a form and ticking the acceptance box, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes indicated. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): when the enquiry relates to the possible purchase of a home or to requesting a visit.
- Compliance with legal obligations of the controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): website security and fraud prevention.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a commercial relationship is established, throughout its term and the applicable legal limitation periods. Once those periods end, the data is blocked for the time required by law and then deleted.
In particular, enquiries that do not result in a commercial relationship will be kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, unless you consent to their processing again.
Recipients and data processors
As a general rule, we do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required (for example, public administrations, courts and tribunals, or state security forces).
To provide the service we rely on technology providers acting as data processors (web hosting, email management and commercial management tools). They all process the data in accordance with the controller's instructions and with the guarantees provided for in the GDPR.

This website loads certain resources hosted on third-party servers:

When these resources load, the browser connects directly to those servers and communicates your IP address and the usual technical data of the request. We do not use these services to identify you or to create profiles. If any of these providers were located outside the European Economic Area, any international transfers that may take place will be covered by the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR (adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards).

You may exercise the following rights:
- Access: find out what personal data we process about you.
- Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

To exercise them, write to the email address or postal address indicated in section 1, stating "Data Protection" in the subject line and proving your identity.
If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its electronic headquarters www.aepd.es.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk (Art. 32 GDPR), including access controls, encryption in transit and backups.
